Security
Your mailbox stays yours.
Each person connects their own mailbox, and nobody, including admins, can read anyone else's mail. HR, payroll and password mail is never read by the AI, and nothing is sent without a person approving it.
Six things that are true on every account.
Questions from your security team? Bring them to the demo and we'll walk through each one.
- 01
Each person connects their own mailbox
Mailbox access is granted by each person, for their own mailbox, through their email provider's consent screen. Admins cannot connect or read anyone else's mail, and managers see deal updates, not inboxes.
- 02
HR, payroll and credential mail is locked
Messages about payroll, HR matters, passwords and sign-in codes are locked and never read by the AI. They are not used to update the CRM.
- 03
Approval before anything is sent
Ambi drafts emails, follow-ups and campaigns; a person approves them before they go out. Big changes to deals wait for the owner's click, and every change can be undone.
- 04
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data moves over encrypted connections and is stored encrypted. Access inside the product is scoped by role and team.
- 05
We don't use your data to train models
Your email, meetings and CRM data are used to do the work you ask for, not to train AI models.
- 06
Every update shows its source
Each change Ambi makes links to the sentence in the email or meeting it came from, so anyone can check why a field changed.
Bring your security questions to the demo.
We'll show exactly what Ambi reads, what it never reads, and how approvals work.
